LOVA Contract filling and fulfillment and its partners have been in business for over 20 years. The Lova Austin location was opened in Austin Texas in 2015 as a small bottle filling manufacturer. LOVA specializes in fragrance bottles for plug in air fresheners and essential oils bottles.
We offer low-cost filling solutions to a variety of industries for small to medium size businesses. LOVA is fully insured and UL certified. LOVA provides a clean and safe work environment with good manufacturing practices and written SOP’s.
We have three North America locations with over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. We offer fast turnaround while maintaining a high level of quality.

Synthetic Fragrances
LOVA offers bottle filling for a variety of synthetic fragrances used for home, office, and vehicle air fresheners, fragrance diffusers, and perfumes. We can provide filling services for any fragrance bottle 100 mL or under. Our facility can process up to 5,000 bottles a day. LOVA also has its own line of a wide variety of fragrances and diffuser products available to our customers. If you have your own fragrance but not a diffusing product, we have whatever diffusers you need in our line ready to ship. We can mix your chemical fragrances at our plant in addition to filling, packaging, and labeling flat or round bottles with date codes.
Essential Oils
LOVA offers bottle filling for essential oils from 3-100 mL bottles. Essential oils are a mainstay of the fragrance industry, and LOVA also has its own line of essential oil diffusion products. In addition to essential oil bottle filling, we can provide packaging and labeling for flat or round bottles with date codes.
Fragrance Formulation and Testing
If you’d like us to formulate and mix your own products on site we can mix large quantities at our facility, up to 500 kilograms at a time, both for synthetic fragrances and essential oils.
LOVA provides onsite testing of your products for longevity and quality of fragrances and can color fragrances to your desired specifications so you can save time and cost.
Bottle Labeling
LOVA offers a variety of labeling options for flat and round bottles up to 100 mL in size. We can also help with sourcing to find the right label manufacturer for you. Get creative with your labeling! Our team can help you with labeling design or input your own design onto whatever bottle type you need.
Bottle Etching
Our facility provides laser etching for date codes and small lettering and logos on your bottles. Our team can work with you to create unique laser-etched designs for your products.
